We use the initial needs assessment to create a project master plan. Then we coordinate with the necessary contractors, engineers
and professionals to begin the design, planning and implementation of your project.
     I.   Design
     II.  Project Planning
     III. Project Implementation
II Project Planning
In the Project Planning phase, we begin by prioritizing the steps
necessary to start your project. This involves creating a project plan
that includes activity timelines and estimated deadlines. We will also
reassess the project budget and make adjustments to any changes
that may have occurred. This is also when we coordinate with
contractors and professionals who will be providing their services in
the implementation of your project.

• Prioritize Activities
• Create Project timeline
• Address changes to project design, if any
• Update and confirm budget
• Organize contractors
III Project Implementation
The final phase of the project is the actual implementation of your customized
design. We will use the project plan and timeline to coordinate all construction
activities and monitor progress.  Monitoring project activities will also help us to
verify that contractors are meeting their commitments as scheduled. The
following list describes other possible component of your project:

• Installation of IT solution
• Local area network installation
• Internet
• Database Server
• Grower database
• Mobile computing
• Web cam monitoring
• Auto dialer installation
• Setup automation system
• Install automation server
• Input custom grower parameters
• Master controller installation
• Test and verify system functionality
• Perform complete site test
• Flush water lines
• Test Solenoids
• Test environmental equipment
• Train site personnel
• Growers
